Kitchen Island

We are about to take on a kitchen extension shortly and I really want to fit a kitchen island in. The kitchen isn't massive and will not be the biggest ever kitchen after the work has been done so it will require some planning. I am currently on the look-out for any nice looking island design to incorporate and came across this. It has to be a smaller version adn the lights will be more industrial, but I think this might work.
